On November 18, 2025, our services experienced intermittent availability issues due to a major global outage at CloudFlare, one of our upstream infrastructure providers. This incident affected many internet services worldwide.
The disruption was caused by an internal CloudFlare configuration issue and was not the result of a security incident or attack on our systems.
Resolution:
CloudFlare identified the root cause and fully restored services on the same day. Our services returned to normal once upstream connectivity was stabilized.
